The purpose of this study is to check the usefulness of the pre-review Gyeonggi-do Investment Appraisal System(pGIAS) and to improvement pGIAS. In this study, the laws and systems related to the Investment Appraisal System(GIAS), and the recent GIAS review and changes in the local finance environment were reviewed. In addition, a quantitative analysis was performed based on recent data on the current status of GIAS and pGIAS. A survey on the effectiveness and improvement points of pGIAS was conducted targeting the group pGIAS user, the writer(GIMAC), and related experts, and the results were analyzed. Implications were derived by dividing into request part, review part, and result part. In the request part, it was determined that a feasibility study and education related to GIAS were necessary. In the review part, the need to conduct research on event-related projects and R&D projects and the improvement of the form of pGIAS were derived. In the review part, it was determined that it was necessary to present a clear opinion on the appropriateness of the pGIAS.
